I worked out material for whole construction today.
Screen shot shows how we are going to build with what.
2X2 frame still seems a lot so I will go to workshop in monday morning to ask Tris where we don't need support.
Here is list of material we need with quantity.

*I may replace wall part of sectional profile of this material with 2X2 and just keep curvy
