Hi Akis,
Hope you had a good summer. I am unclear as to the method you are using to resolve the ground situation. There should be a similar logic to the 'unpack', not just random infill. Maybe the parking are 4 sided cubes, that when stacked provide some kind of garden. Maybe they start to occupy the space in between the blocks that are nearest the ground. I also think your actual units need resolving too. Hope its useful.
