Simplifying the curvaceous structure?

Simplifying-geometry.gif

Its a bit simple... ... trying to break the curvey form down (in plan) into lines and circles ... using the tangent of circles and joining them with straight lines to create a simplified form...any ideas on how to do it in 3d maybe?? ... was thinking once i simplify it in 3d then i could rebuild in the simplified form and then hopefully build a prototype for hooke park?

Monia De Marchi:

Be more systematic, we need to see similar drawing in section and not only in plan. Also think if you have to make it, which size you need for your panels and molds.

Monia De Marchi:

Also the idea of symplifing is not about make a simpler form, but it will help you to build your original complex form
