1_What do you guys think of this perspective?
It is good
2_compared to the one below ??
I like the one below (second render)
3_Is it a bit too blue for LA?
yes, do some photoshop also levels/contrast
4_...which one do you guys think is better?
second one is better with the bubble film i guess
3 renders for 3 conditions:
private to pubblic
private to green
pubblic to green
make sure the renderings show that, and it would be great

also on this render i am inside a pubblic space looking the green, the one you did before i am inside the private lookign the green. maybe we should see some difference, like the glass of the housing is different from the glass of the pubblic spaces. or it is not the entire blob in which you are rendering glass, it can be metal and you make it glass only near the camera. or the material of the housing it is a glass like frosty so we see the differences and we can read a bit more what is housing and what is pubblic space.

like the lower glass better (although maybe it's just a smidgeon too shiny - looks more like soap bubble than glass. And like the top sky better - bottom is too brown - if you want sunset go for more yellowy-pink. camera position also better in bottom one.
