Instead of using 8 flat panels joining as a flat, now it's made out of 7 sectionla Panel which will be prefabricated.
The sides and the middle parts are the structural core panel which will be inserted into some light weight material between them.

At the moment, i finished more than half of the block. While i was inserting the columns, i realize how the way I should distribute the columns since the beginning. How some of the circulation can go connect straight through the top instead stopping by and walk to another tube.

Hooke Park Time Schedule

Day 1 - Tuesday
-Setup files for CNC.
-Sort out pieces for moulding for CNC

Day 2 – Wednesday
-Cut out 24mm into pieces for CNC or maybe for frame column

Day 3 – Thursday
CNC first 5 layers of Mould 1

Day 4 – Friday
-Laminating Mould 1
-CNC Mould 2

Day 5 – Saturday
-Setting up plaster and layer fiber glass for mould 1 then wait to dry
-Laminating Mould 2
-Keep layering and wait to dry
Day 6 – Sunday
Day 7 – Monday
-Layering Mould 2 with plaster and fiber glass
-Wait to dry
-Sanding and trimming column from mould 1
Day 8 – Tuesday
-Assembling Columns from Mould 1 and 2 together
-Fixing edges and gluing

Day 9 –Wednesday
-Same thing

This is the new structural column for my superblock, rather than the massive solid in the previous one. This save much more material and much more open without blocking the sunlight and views in the internal flats within the block.
