Instead of using 8 flat panels joining as a flat, now it's made out of 7 sectionla Panel which will be prefabricated.
The sides and the middle parts are the structural core panel which will be inserted into some light weight material between them.

Draw draw draw, don't just cut panel in 3d model. but draw the sections. Drawings!
