not sure if I should collage them with people/books. what do you think?

i don't like the two different colours. i prefer same colours adn i m fine if different material. or use for all the same material, probably it is the best one or it looks like collage of shelves into the wall.
so same material for all. i like the second view, not crazy for the top. but second view should be more eyes view camera instead of lookign the floor.
i think one good render of interior is better then 3. i would work on second image: right camera/rigth material.

he bottom image yor camera is pointing too much at the floor. change the view so you're looking more straight ahead and possibly slightly upwards so we can see the curves of the flat as well as the double height community space.
