DAYLIGHT ANALYSIS

There are a standard range of comfortable light level for different types of usage. Using the renderings obtained before, the lux level analysis will give a more precise logic on the placements of both internal walls and external facade.

LIGHT LEVELS IN OUT ENVIRONMENT (LUX)
Twilight = Below 750
Indoors at home = 200-500
Indoors at office = 400-700
Drafting room = 500-700

OUTDOORS
0555hrs = 750
0610hrs = 2500
0620hrs = 5000
0640hrs = 10000
1200hrs = 81000
1710hrs = 10000
1730hrs = 5000
1740hrs = 2500
1755hrs = 750

The following images are colour-coded illumination level of 36th storey at 1400hrs on 5th December. They are of the same time but in different representation style.

ok looks clear the idea/analysis. Now you should make sure that the structure/wall/glass relation makes clear your intention. Like we said last time: terraces in which glass moves inside and it is not connected with the structure or from the other side when glass/structure become continuos skin...
