One of the plans in Cluster 3. Finally I've achieved what I wanted in the drawing style. This will be applied to two more plans and one section across the cluster.

Some of the site renderings done for diagraming how the residents of the cluster will relate back to the communal floors of the super block and surrounding site. A drawing to bring my 1st term's research in.
Result of playing with mental ray. The unit where the balcony will be photoshopped is pretty ok. Its just the white wash at the lower flats. Still figuring out the setting to make it better.
