These 3 are images somehow communicate with my manifesto.

Here are some of my models from a first unit meeting yesterday.
I need loads more inputs to shape these guys up!!

The office building near barbican centre looks like a spaceship.
Elevation of the building clearly shows its ordinary layout of units.
This isn't what we want!!

1-FIll the site to maximum volume (FAR5). Whole block holds 25 × 34 grids of containers in 5
levels which means that I have 4250 containers before thinnning
2-Introduce fields of sports on to grids and remove containers.
2_2-removed containers are kept as stock for building levels higher than level 5.
3-Apply another level (level1~5)
*All the following levels start thinning with one previous configuration
4-Divide remained volume into flats(1room~5 rooms, penthouse)

Top row is showing the thinning operation stage by stage.
Second row refers to number of removed containers.
Third row refers to fields of sports introduced on each level.
Fourth row describes remaining volume on each level.
At level 1 some parts are still extremly dense whereas at level 5 the density strats to look appropriate for having housing.
What are you guys think?

All sports introduced in the superblock are as follows.
1F - Basketball court ×2 / Futsal pitch ×2 / Tennins court ×2
2F - Futsal pitch ×1 / 25m swimming pool ×1
3F - Bowling lane ×25
4F - Volleyball court ×2
5F - Tee green ×3
