Well picture itself is quite dark and color of my building is white so border become really obvious.
Is it better if I turn foreground b/w and make it less opaque?

youe render is yellowish and the image is blueish. so just work with hue/saturation and levels until the two layers match.
Make them match and it would be great!

Looks like the start of a 'super' interesting rendering. Aside from the colour problems (background image blue, yours is yellow - which you can easily fix in pshop with hue/saturation) you also need to correct the lighting that you're rendering with. Your giant stairs look like they're washed with sun all the way to the bottom of the last step, but as soon as you hit the sidewalk (the background iamge) we are in shadow. Either adjust levels so yours is less bright and contrasty, or rerender so that top part of your block is catching the last rays of sun while the lower part of the building is in the shade and it will better match the surroundings.
also, would be great to have a small crowd of people walking (or mountain climbing) your public stairs. They'll be very small and black so i don't think they would detract from the image. give a try for tuesday.
