Really nice the render with the wall so we can see the light come inside
you need to render with many hours (7/8), also make an emitter outiside or even more like 4 in each angle so when you have multilight on, you can pull the value up and get more light outside in all 4 the side and you will have more light in th interior. Good good

awesome. you are a champion modeller. This flat looks amazimg - especially in contrast with all your other ones. makes and excellent series. As with the other images - figure out exactly how you want to represent the flat(s) and your community. Spend time over weekend/monday/tuesday and look at lots of image types - both of built and unbuilt work. Eames and Piere Koenig houses and barcelona pavilion are always used for fashion shoots. other houses are made to feel ultra-domestic. think about the type of interior + exterior you are trying to describe and don't feel like you have to throw people in if you decide you don't want them. Be able to articulate the kind/type of image your are making. So in a way, establish and image manifesto as well as a form(al) one.
