planning

Now that I have a solid form i am trying to think of a way that the solid becomes inhabited so that it becomes didactic in explaining the mobius, showing two sorts of conditions or at points an abrupt shift from one kind of space to another. I made a few models that would help me better understand the possible spatial qualities of the space.

These models are made of strips of accetate and the thickening (noding) of many can create a more solid space.

Trying to look at both plans and sections to see how possibly monastic 'neighbourhoods' could occur. The idea of neighbourhoods or clusters of imaginabely cloisters was further driven by Van Der Laan's Architectonic Space. Just started reading it, very intersting and its helpin me tighten my manifesto.

Monia:

I want to see an unroll set of walls/strips and understand how different programs shift between 2 different conditions (the moebius idea). You have to do it, don't wait!

these are so beautiful!
i wanna see how they will be transformed into actual space
