top one is a beaut. agree with top comment about moving camera up - kind of like the dark interior though so we'll see both (dark and light) and decide which is better then.
bottom one the building in background is too close to the opening. pull it back so we see more units in the distance - and maybe a bit of blue sky.

top one is soooooo nice. can you get even abit more up (in the centre)? and more light inside maybe.
