This has nothing to do with this page but ... i thought of an example for past precedent for rice paddy structure ... and its contemporary and is being built as we speak! .. check out www.big.dk ... its the project that looks like yours! has terraced housing on top of pyramid wif ramped parking underneath in dead space ...
